I had a Sound healing session with Anita and I really enjoyed it. It’s first time I have had sound healing and it was very interesting experience. It felt like the sounds really penetrated through me and it was relaxing but at the same time it brought emotions to my attention that need working on. There was a real sense of feeling whole and more integrated. I would definitely recommend the sound experience.
