My teenage daughter has been having Reiki treatments for nearly a year with Anita. I am very happy with choosing Anita for my daughter, she is calm, we feel safe with her and trust her commitment and will to work through the problems. Reiki has worked really well for my daughter. During the lockdown Anita continued the treatments and gave distant healing on my daughter which worked just as amazingly well. She has also given affirmations and coaching tips that really help too. I've had the pleasure to finally meet Anita in person and had my very first Reiki session with her after completing my level 1 training. The session brought about an immense amount of peace and relaxation and the techniques used really reinforced why I chose her guidance, the power of Reiki and healing in this form. Anita is a very warm and caring person. I am a transgender and at the time wasn't full time yet she helped me give me the confidence I needed to make that leap. I was also in a very dark place and Anita helped lift me out of that place. Anita also helped with issues I was having at work and how to deal with situations at people. She is very professional and knows what she is doing and highly recommend.

LIFE CHANGING having sessions with Anita has been a huge turning point for me which I didn't think was possible. I attended 2 day Reiki Master Training with Anita. I loved every minute of it. It was held in a nice environment with Anita's lovely presence. We had fun throughout the course and did a lot of work too but it was all in a nice and easy pace. In terms of the course I was very impressed with Anita's extensive knowledge about Reiki. I received a course manual and can tell that she knows her stuff. I recommend for anyone to do Reiki courses or just Reiki treatments with Anita, to me she is the best.

I have visited Anita for both Reiki and Crystal healing and from our initial contact , through to the healing sessions and the after care communication we had, I found Anita to be a truly caring, genuine and gifted healer. I have recently been having Mindset coaching sessions with Anita and they are proving to be a great success. I wasn't sure what direction I was going in and my confidence was low. She had really helped me to see my capabilities that I can reach my goals and aspirations, my confidence is growing with every session. Thanks to Anita I am starting to believe in myself and my worth. I also was interested to try Reiki treatments. I have distant healing as I live out of London. These treatments are amazing and with the coaching have really opened me up to a new world and I feel I am healing in many ways. I booked 4 block distant healing sessions as they were convenient timings and fitted in with my lifestyle. I experienced magical healing from the space of my own home. I was so connected to this energy I decided to do my Reiki level 1 and 2 with Anita and I highly recommend her. Anita is a great teacher, very knowledgeable and passionate about healing which shows evidently throughout the course. She is friendly and really easy to get on with. The course itself is very interesting and eye opening. The manual is great easy to absorb and i's always great to receive the certificate!
