This session works to bring chakra and inner balance, energy clearing and relaxation. Intentions / areas to work on can be sent prior to the session. After the healing, a short guidance message will be sent including intuitive tips, supportive spiritual tools, chakra awareness to help continue your journey.
It is ideal for people, who cannot travel to me, for flexibility & convenience, to save time and for anyone wishing to have Reiki healing as a standalone treatment.

A fully personalised, 1.1 coaching session tailored and designed around perhaps a specific area of life that you would like to learn about or shift, understand and transform. Examples of topics that have been explored in sessions include: manifesting, confidence, interview nerves, intention/goal setting, limiting beliefs, overwhelm – planning/organising self, breathwork, life purpose, menopause, meditation, chakras and energy knowledge, journaling etc.

A beautiful break to pause, slow down, switch off and totally reconnect with yourself. This mini retreat is a deeply calming experience with the use of healing sound instruments that relax the nervous system, release tension and restore inner balance. This experience includes:

*Please note: Sound healing is a relaxing therapy, however it may not be suitable for everyone. *48hrs notice must be given to avoid a cancellation fee. All Sessions can be in person, distant, online. Block bookings are required to be paid upfront.
*50% deposit is required to book your place on the training course, remainder can be transferred a day before your course commences.
